Our pizza dough is made fresh each day - unlike others, we do not use dough that has been made 2 or more days before our bases are thin & crispy - but if you prefer them a little thicker, just ask. We also make our own tomato sauce for the pizza base. In addition, If you do not see your pizza preference on the menu, we will be happy to make it for you. We make our own gnocchi......yes by that we mean the fresh pasta dough, all the sauces (napolitana, bolognese made & bottled on the premises) From time to time you will see us preparing the fresh pastas.
